Restoration Detective is family owned and operated, born and raised in the Greater Tristate Area.
Daniel is a long time business owner and operates Bridge Street Remodeling, one of the premier remodeling companies in the city of Cincinnati. Through Bridge Street Remodeling, Daniel has built a reputation for bringing the highest quality imaginable to the remodeling industry.
His wife, Connie, works part-time with Bridge Street Remodeling, and together they are full-time grandparents.
The Next Generation
Connor Laudermilk is Daniel's youngest son and the operator and Lead Detective of Restoration Detective.
Connor brings experience in residential and commercial plumbing, along with his experience in residential remodeling and a genuine desire to help the people of the Greater Tristate Area during some of the most difficult and disastrous times they can face. He has put his full effort into helping Daniel start and operate Restoration Detective.

Family First
Connor is married to his wife, Haley, a full-time stay-at-home mom to their young son, Sterling. Family has always been at the heart of what they do, and that same mindset carries into how they treat every customer.
Built from experience
Restoration Detective was born from Daniel and Connor’s years of experience in the trades.
Through that experience, they saw an opportunity to take what they had learned and bring it into a different part of the industry.
